Mat Pilates is a low-impact workout focused on building strength through slow and controlled movements for the whole body. At Mindful Moving Wellness, our classes are performed on mats using light hand weights and resistance equipment for movement.
When taking a class at Mindful Moving Wellness, you can expect most classes to be a full-body guided workout, but we also offer Pilates classes targeting the core, legs, and glutes. We have classes made just for you where you have the option of selecting a class from levels beginner, intermediate, and advanced based on your experience.
If you are new to Pilates, this is the class level for you. Classes focus on building those fundamentals in a safe and welcoming environment.
