At Mindful Moving Wellness, our yoga classes are offered at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels to accommodate everyone.

What to Expect From Your Class

When taking a class at Mindful Moving Wellness, you can expect most classes to be a full-body guided workout, but we also offer Pilates classes targeting the core, legs, and glutes. We have classes made just for you where you have the option of selecting a class from levels beginner, intermediate, and advanced based on your experience.

Beginner

If you are new to yoga, our beginner level focuses on learning the fundamental poses and understanding how to connect your movement to your breath.

Once you are more comfortable with those fundamentals, the intermediate level is for expanding your understanding. In this level, you will explore deeper stretches and more poses.
